You now find yourself locked in a “non-existent” government laboratory as an experiment by an unknown group of scientist.  At the end of one hour, a gas will fill the room that they hope will make you immune to the spread of what is now known as the Z-0 MB virus.  All past experiments have failed and have killed the test specimens only to have them return as a walking dead corpse that hungers for human flesh.
